About a year ago I strained my SI and was unable to run, lift weights or do yoga without experiencing excruciating pain. Needless to say, all activities had to come to a screeching halt. After 8 weeks of intensive Chiropractic care and physical therapy, Dr. Wardy finally released me to start training… limiting me to only bodyweight training and suggesting that I train with Eric Klauss of Flip Fit.
Being a certified personal trainer of 30 years and a licensed massage therapist of 23 years I have in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology and I’m very critical of and have high expectations of other trainers. I was very impressed with Eric’s knowledge base, skill set and attention to detail. During my initial session, he conducted a very thorough assessment, movement screen and explained the programming for which he thought would be appropriate for me at this time.

With each session you can count on ongoing communication, detailed blocks of instruction, words of praise, encouragement, and support through the challenging workouts.
When I started Flip Fit I was still experiencing mild to moderate SI pain with certain movements. Within a matter of two weeks, all pain stopped and I was amazed at how quickly I progressed… my strength, mobility, balance and endurance improved and I was mastering skills that I never thought possible.
