Our gymnastic-inspired classes will build lean muscle while improving flexibility. We focus on functionality as a way towards better movement. We implement progressive bodyweight exercises to build strength, encourage flexibility, expand mobility, and induce joint pre-habilitation. Our creative online courses offer you twenty-four-hour access to our professional staff and an archive of online instructional videos and tutorials. Through our interactive classes you’ll be able to ask questions, get the daily programming, and receive up to date demonstrations of movements.

Where do I start?
Call us! All of our students first get introduced to our Basic Strength classes. These classes consist of upper body basics, core basics, lower body basics, and hand stand basics. This is the root of all or our training; they will provide you a solid base from which to build. After that, students progress into our Zone Strength Training classes, which are more advanced movements and progressions.

What if I’m scared to do a handstand?
We are here to guide you and every student begins with fundamental movement to prep the body before you get inverted. We work at your pace through the progressions so that you feel comfortable every step of the way. We take care of building the foundation with you and before you know it, you’ll be upside down performing a skill you never thought possible.
What is Gymnastics Strength Training?
Gymnastics strength training is focused on progressive bodyweight movements that require total body engagement. FlipFit has developed an entire programming philosophy to get students strong and flexible, while working typical weak spots.

Our approach to strength is designed with longevity as a primary focus and progressive gymnastics strength training is extremely focused on form and body awareness. Because of this our members can forward with their training confidently and safely. Our classes are designed specifically to address mobility deficiencies and thereby prevent injuries.
Is Flipfit competitive Gymnastics ?
FlipFit focuses on developing strength and total body freedom. Most of our basic classes begin with tumbling and body control.
