Our all bodyweight gymnastics inspired fitness classes will build lean functional muscle while improving flexibility. Our classes are both for the beginner and advanced student and are based on progressive bodyweight exercises to create long, lean, strong muscles.We focus on stretching, mobility, joint pre-habilitation, and a full-body core workout that guarantees to challenge the strongest athlete.

KIDS CLASSES

We offer a fun and free kids class every Saturday at 11 am. Get your kids off the electronics and into a great time this Saturday. Our fun and free Saturday classes will give you and your child a chance to get to know our staff and ask any questions you may have. Our kids Saturday classes are all level and are sure to have your child laughing, learning and sweating in a fun and safe environment. Where do I start?
All our new students get introduced to our Basic strength classes. They consist of Upper body basics, Core Basics, Lower Body Basics, and Handstand basics. Think of these as the roots of your training. They will provide you the solid base from which you can really start to grow. Once you get stronger and more flexible, you can transition into our Zone Strength Training Classes. Need some help choosing the right program? Schedule a baseline assessment and we will help you choose the right program based on your goals and schedule.

What if I’m scared to do a handstand?
It’s ok! Every student starts with fundamental movement to prep the body before you get inverted making sure everyone is Comfortable, so if you’re not at a handstand today, we’re confident you’ll be there before long. Our handstand basics classes are not intimidating and have a strong focus on building a strong foundation and preparing our members to get inverted in a fun and progressive manner everyone can handle. All you need is a little courage and dedication and you’ll discover potential to perform skill you never thought possible.

Is it safe? What about injuries?
Because the Flipfit system is designed with longevity as a priority, and because progressive gymnastics strength training is extremely focused on form and body awareness, our members are prepared to move forward with their training safely and confidently. Our Basic strength classes are integrated with mobility specifically designed to help prevent injuries and address mobility deficiencies.
 
Is Flipfit competitive Gymnastics ?
No. FlipFit GST focusses on developing the strength of a gymnast, using your own body weight to achieve total body freedom. You may learn the basic of tumbling and body control but you will not be learning flips in any of our basic strength classes. Many of our students compete in other athletic arenas, but Flipfit maintains a non-competitive environment The only competition is with yourself.
